NGS Mark Recovery Forms
The National Geodetic Survey publishes data on marks set by
them and other agencies such as the Florida Department of Environmental Protection
(FDEP), Florida Department of Transportation (DOT). This form can be used
to submit information on recoveries of survey marks if they were incorporated into the
National Geodetic Survey system. If the data sheet for this mark shows a
recovery within the past year and the status has not changed, please do not
report it.
