You are about to enter an FTP site. The folders are organized by State Plane zone and files are identified by DEP quad numbers.

Enter FTP Site

About the Data
The DWG files are copies of USGS 1:24000 DLGs projected into the appropriate State Plane Coordinate Zones (NAD83) by FREAC under contract with The Division of State Lands and other agencies. The DWG files are intended for Auto-Cad users (the attributes are stripped).

Projection: State Plane
Datum: NAD83
Units: Feet
File Type: DWG (AutoCad)

Some DLGs have been revised since their original creation. For more information on this topic, see the paper explaining DLG Revisions.
Determining the File Name
You will need to know the DEP quad number. Use the
Quad Name Locator
to find this information.

The file names are comprised of the DEP quad number plus the first letter of the State Plane Zone they are projected into (borderline quads may exist in more than one zone).

Downloading Instructions
These files are small enough to download easily, but if you experience difficulty, using FTP is recommended.

These files are available on CD for $25 each. (A CD holds several quads.)
