No Response from Interactive Map

If you request information from a LABINS interactive map and never receive a response, it could be that
your computer is blocking pop-up windows. Pop-up blocking programs are designed to prevent advertising, but
another effect is that desirable popups are also blocked.
If this is happening, you can set your blocking software to allow LABINS as an acceptable site. The effect of this
is that the advertising is still blocked but windows originating from LABINS are displayable.
Example
Google offers a blocking program and you will know that your computer is using it if you see "Google" under the address bar as
in the image below.
To set LABINS as an acceptable site,
click the arrow next to "Google" and follow the instructions. If you are using a program
other than Google, the steps will be similar.
