NOTICE --
Beginning Jan. 1, 2009, all Mean High Water Surveys submitted to
the Bureau of Survey and Mapping shall be based on the National Tidal Datum Epoch 1983-2001 (NTDE 83-01), referenced to the North American Vertical Datum adjustment of 1988 (NAVD88) with the unit of
